Tuna mixed in sauce
Materials: Lotus, shallot, ginger, laver, yam, soy sauce,
cooking wine
① Preparing a bowl of water.
② Wrapping the tuna by towel and boiling, then put into the
prepared bowl
③ Mix together with soy sauce,cooking wine, add tuna, then
freezing for 1 hour.
④ Mix with some lotus, shallot, ginger mesh, cooking wine
⑤ Peel off the skin of yam then cut to the sections in 1cm,
put together with the dishes nicely.

Yam Tuna
Materials: Tuna Sashimi, shallot, laver, ginger, yam, pepper,
spirit, salt.
① Cut the tuna in sections, then soften it
② Add cooking wine and ginger mash
③ Cut the yam in sections of 5~6cm,add a little vinegar, spirit
and salt.
④ Put into the dish, add a bit soy sauce before eat.

Tuna mixed in shallot
Materials: Tuna Sashimi, shallot, sweet catsup, salt, mashed
garlic, vinegar, sugar.
① Cuttuna in sections of 1cm.
② Cut shallot in sections of 3cm,boiling the white part of
shallot for 20~30 seconds, then add the leaves of shallot
then boiling for 1~2 mins, then mixing with salt.
③ mixed with vinegar, sweet catsup.

Korea Tuna Cuisine-greengrocery rolled rice
Materials: Tuna Sashimi, rice, salad, greengrocery, salt,
sesame oil, pimiento thread, ginger mash, bean salt catsup,
mashed garlic, sesame, soya sauce.
① Mashing the tuna, mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil, mashed
garlic and ginger, bean salt catsup, shallot.
② Spread the leaves of greengrocery on the dish.
③ Put the rice ball mixed with salt and sesame oil on the
leaves
④ Scatter the pimiento thread on the rice ball

Egg Tuna
Materials: Tuna Sashimi, shallot, soy sauce, vitelline, salt,
pepper, sesame oil.
① Cut the tuna in sections of 1.5cm, put on the dish.
② Add on salt, pepper, sesame oil, shallot.
③ Mixed with vitelline in average (tuna can be raw, also can
be boiled for less than a minute).
